Bottle-fermented in the traditional fashion this is a rather stylish, crisp wine with delicate biscuit notes. There is an underlying richness too, on the mid-palate and finish. A great aperitif.

This has a rich, rounded style, benefiting from a blend of old and young vine fruit. There is an attractive harmony of apple freshness and warmer pastry notes. Great by itself, but equally robust enough to be drunk with food!
